Functie omschrijving

Supporting Directors and Management team. In this role you’re responsible for the organization of administrative and clerical duties to assist the management.

Responsibilities

  • Actively organize management's scheduling needs
  • Rearrange schedules to accommodate last-minute changes and emergency cancellations
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, ensuring all parties can attend and that rooms are available
  • Prepare documents for external or internal communications
  • Analyze data and create reports to deliver to upper and lower line management
  • Act as the liaison between different departments and senior staff members
  • Plan and facilitate company-wide events or communications that upper management has created
  • Reporting / Taking minutes MT / board meetings
  • Receiving visitors / hostess / gentleman
  • Retrieve and streamline information from different departments within a company
  • Supervising and coordinating business trips - including day money - any adjustments/mutations
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Arranging facility tasks, office management (e.g. purchasing office supplies, clothing, etc.)
  • Apply for Visa / CPSS/Evesta
  • Applying for VOG/NEN/VCA/forklift/VGB – providing training
  • Access passes / visitor registration / passes
  • Cleaning management and control cleaning
  • Have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (fluent);
  • Are interested in working for different teams, are service minded and have a great team spirit;
  • Are interested in or have curiosity for HR topics;
  • Have great people acumen;
  • Work fast and like to perform several tasks in parallel. Hands-on attitude;
  • Are an excellent communicator; you like to help others, being in contact with other people gives you energy;
  • Enjoy finding solutions and are not afraid to handle difficult situations;
  • Completed HBO education, preferably in an organisational, economic or commercial field of study.
  • Professional skills within MS-Office

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (fluent).

  • Curiosity and interest in HR topics.
  • Strong people acumen.
  • Ability to work fast and multitask, with a hands-on attitude.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle difficult situations.
Completed HBO education, preferably in an organizational, economic, or commercial field of study.
